Aging tank can be designed with different capacity, such as 500L aging tank , 1000L againg tank or any other capacity, big or small.
Aging Tank Usage
Most aging tanks are used in food processing industrial. We can see aging tanks in a milk production factory, also, we can see aging tanks in juice productiong workshop.
Aging tank structure
Aging tank is designed with 3 layer, or we can call it as a tri-layer Mixing Tank or 3 layer aging tank .
Inner layre of our aging tank is made of stainless steel. Usually AISI304
The middle layer of the aging tank is a jacket, it can be dimple jacket or spiral tube or coil. You can access hot water or steam to the jacket for heating. Also you can access cooling water to the jacket for cooling. That is why we call aging tank as cooling and heating tanks.
Outside the aging tank body, there is a layer of heat preservation.
