2. Mixing milk, juice, or any other viscous liquid
3. Customized mixing tank capacity: 100L-10T
Specification:
1. Electric heating
2. Jacketed with insulation layer
3. With or without mixing system. Mixing device: Paddle, Anchor, or spiral agitator (optional and changeable to meet customer demands).
4. Outer casing surface: Mirror polishing / 2B original sub gloss/ 2B frosted sub gloss; Inner surface (bladder and tank): Mirror polishing (Roughness: Ra≤ 0.4μ M ).
5. Liquid level gauge: Digital metre or glass gauge optional.
6. Thermometer: Optional. Temperature indication ranges from 0 to 300º C.
7. Sample valve optional
8. CIP cleaning: T-shaped 360° Rotational CIP cleaning ball.
9. Manhole equipped.
Normal Electric Heating Jacketed Tank Pasteurizer with mixer
Mainly used for heating, mixing, pasteurizing, fermenting, preserving and storing fresh milk or other fresh liquid. It's the ideal HEATING, mixing pasteurizing and storage equipment for pasture, milk station, milk, and food and beverage factory and pharmacy industry.
Mixing Tank mainly made of stainless steel, used for mixing different liquid together.
Also, you can use this mixing tanks to mix liquid and power to make a mixture.
Mixing tanks can be with different mixing speed. Such as 36rpm, 60rpm fixed mixing speed. But due to some production reqeust, you may need the mixing tanks with variable speed, such as 8 to 140rpm, 40 to 200rpm mixing speed, or 200 to 1000 rpm mixing speed. In special reuest, we can use VFD to meet your special mixing speed request.
