Soybean Oil Production Project

The 3,000 tons/day soybean (peeling and extrusion) extraction production line constructed by Chemsta Company was successfully put into operation in 2014. The project is located in Jining City, Shandong Province. Since its operation, the equipment has been continuous and stable. All the economic and technical indicators have reached or exceeded the design requirements. The residual oil in extruded meal is less than 0.6%; and the average solvent consumption is 0.61kg/tons of raw materials.
The whole production line includes: soybean automatic unloading, cleaning, warehousing, drying, dehulling, extruding, extracting, crushing of skin and meal, bulk storage, packing and loading and automatic stacking entrucking. The whole production line adopts a computer automatic control system, which can be operated manually and automatically.
The smooth implementation of this production line has condensed the wisdom and sweat of CHEMSTA.
