Carrot Cutting Wahing Peeling Polishing Drying Automatic Line
Specification:
1.The whole line procedure: manually feeding - cutting - peeling - polishing - inspecing - washing - drying - packing
2.It's suitable for processing root vegetable like carror,radish,taro,etc.with an output around 1500kg/h.Widing applied by processing factory,food distributing centre,etc.
It's composed of following parts:
1.Manually feeding
2.GD-19 Carrot Cutting Machine--to cut the carrot into 5mm pieces,the length can be cutomized.
3.Elevator -to lift the materials to the next step
4.LXTP-3000 Screw Type Root Vegetable Washer & Peeler
This peeler is a large scale closed type peeler for root vegetable.Materials are pushed forward by the slow rolling brushes.There's high pressure spray-washing system inside it,which is used for washing and peeling the carrots.
5.MSTP-1000 Polishing Machine -using the soft brush rollers to polish the suface of carrots with no damage.
6.Elevator- to lift the materials to the next step
7.Inspection Table-workers stand the side of Inspection table to select the processing carrots
8.WA-2000 Vegetable Washing Machine
Use of a bubble ,cycle surfing,high pressure spray three cleaning combinations ,so that the vegetable get a full range of thorough cleansing.second washing the vegetable by high pressure sparys in the conveyor.
9.DM-50 Drying Machine(8 blowers)
This drying machine is used blowers to generate hot winds to dry the water which attached on the surface of the material.
